AKM Design were granted planning permission by Dublin City Council for new a single-storey rear extension, internal renovations and 1st floor extension over garage. The works created an open plan living kitchen dining area over looking bespoke patio and BBQ area, this house has it all, including a putting green and mini driving range. The project is due for completion towards the end of 2017.
