AKM Design obtained the first planning permission in the SDZ, we have commenced on site with the construction of nine, 3 storey timber frame dwellings, at Cappaghmore, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. The project is due for completion mid to late 2018. All proposed dwellings are 4/5 bedroom large family homes with generous courtyard parking. AKM Design are providing Planning, Architectural, Engineering and Assigned Certifier services for the project.
