Grant of Permission obtained form Wicklow County Council for Harmony Timber Solutions new manufacturing facility, in Arklow, Co. Wicklow. The development will consist of a Detached 2 storey office building (249m2), detached timber factory building with canteen, wcs and 1st floor office (1432m2) & detached timber factory building with mezzanine office / wcs / canteen (1476m2). Site layout to include 3 No. Yard area’s, 30 no. car parking spaces, 20 no. cycle spaces, waste water treatment system and associated site works.
AKM Design provided all Architectural, Engineering and Town Planning services for this application. We look forward to obtaining the final Grant of Permission and commencing with the project on site.
