Description:
Hill of Down House is a large two storey over basement country residence that lends itself to entertaining and family living. The house has a total floor area of 482m2 of luxury accommodation. The house is approached through a stone walled and pillared entrance and formal driveway to a large forecourt framed by a laurel hedge. The gardens are mainly to the side and rear of the house and are manicured lawns interspersed with specimen trees, flowerbeds and shrubbery.  The views looking from the property sweep right across the countryside taking in Kildare's picturesque landscape.
