Project: Old Mill, Kilmashogue, Rathfarnham Description: The site is located on Kilmashoge mountain in Dún Laoghaire Rathdown. The site was formerly a working mill and the remnants of former buildings are evident. This proposed 'A' rated dwelling is contemporary in outlook and has an almost sculptural quality. The floor plans are cranked with large terraces to allow a vantage over the Owendoher river. The dwelling is clad in "OKO Skin Fibre C" panels, to create a clean finish with a Pinwheel tiling pattern.
