Paul has over 25 years experience working in the architectural and built environment having graduated from DIT Bolton Street with Distinction in Construction Technology. Paul has worked for Fingal County Council, Downey McConville Architects and MCORM, where he quickly became a pivotal part of their design teams. Throughout his career he has been responsible for the design, project management and delivery of a broad range of projects including large-scale residential housing and apartment developments, commercial developments, and refurbishment projects. He is currently involved in several large residential developments across Leinster including developments at Barnhall Meadows, Belin Woods and Walkers Gate, Bio-Fuel facility, and commercial warehouses and factories. Paul has acted as Design and Assigned Certifier on several large residential house schemes. Previously Paul has been involved in the construction and design of a number of high-profile whiskey distilleries across Ireland including Tullamore Dew, and Slane Castle, providing fire safety and DAC consultancy. He is a Registered Building Surveyor, Chartered Building Engineer and Chartered Architectural Technologist. Paul also holds a Post Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Renewable Energy, with Distinction from Athlone Institute of Technology. He has a vast array of experience in the residential, commercial and industrial industries throughout Ireland. Paul previously served on the CIAT committee in Ireland. |
