Simon is an Associate Director and Senior Architectural Technologist with 14 years’ experience in the architectural industry, mostly focused on large scale residential projects and a variety of commercial projects. He is currently responsible for project managing developments from post planning through the construction phase to completion. Throughout his career he has been responsible for the design, project management and delivery of a broad range of projects including large-scale residential housing and apartment developments, commercial developments, and refurbishment projects.
Simon has over 14 years experience working in the architectural industry, mostly focused on large scale residential projects and a variety if commercial projects. Having graduated from DIT Bolton Street with a BSc. in Architectural Technology. He has worked for MCORM and DDA Architects where he was a pivotal part of their design teams. He is currently responsible for project managing developments from post planning through the construction phase, to completion. Throughout his career he has been responsible for the design, project management and delivery of a broad range of projects including large-scale residential housing and apartment developments, commercial developments, and refurbishment projects Simon also holds an MSc Architecture in Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies, Dip. Project Management, and Cert. Mechanical Engineering. |
