Project: Wellington Road, Templeogue, Dublin 6W
Description: This site was a former petrol station and presented an environmental challenge to development given the close proximity of the Poddle river. Whilst the area is characterised by single storey cottages, we achieved a attractive and compact scheme of 8 x 3 storey family dwellings. All dwellings are 'A' Rated and 3 / 4 bedrooms. The layout of the dwellings provides a sufficient setback to the river.
